My Personal Experience With The ETQ TG1200 Portable Generator
At first, I was kind of worried to buy this generator. I had to spend like a week or so to read all of the other reviews and evaluations. As it turns out, that week spent for reading was a waste...I should have bought it right away!
Shipping It
I got the ETQ TG1200 Portable Generator from Amazon (through Super Fast Shipping), and in less than 48 hours, the package is right in front of my door. And to make it even better, it didn't cost me anything...not even a single dime!
No damage or scratches - the ETQ TG1200 Portable Generator came a long way unscathed. It's all thanks to the heavy and strong box where it was packed in, as well as the shaped styrophore casing tailored for the portable generator's dimensions.
Getting The ETQ TG1200 Portable Generator Started
Getting the ETQ TG1200 Portable Generator up and running is as easy as pie. All I had to do was unpack it, consult the manual, fill it with gas and oil (which is piece of cake), and cranked it.
The portable generator started right from the first stroke. While it ran a little rough for a couple of seconds, everything was smooth sailing after it.
The Noise Level
One of the other things that surprised me (in a pleasant way that is) is the amazingly LOW noise level. It comes with a dump sounding but smooth running noise. When I stationed the ETQ TG1200 Portable Generator at the balcony and ran it, I find it incredible that I could hardly hear the noise after closing the balcony door!
In Conclusion...
While I can't tell if this generator would live long enough to serve construction sites for many years, it is of great help for my situation. You see, I'm living in an area that's plagued with hurricane all the time. I need a back up power supply in case a long period out of electricity strikes again (I experienced that two years back for 2 straight weeks).
I'm pretty confident that the ETQ TG1200 Portable Generator would do a good job for that purpose. This portable generator can produce enough power to keep the regular fridge from running - preventing food from spoiling, run a large TV, charge up my computer system, while providing sufficient lighting in the process.
Along with that, the ETQ TG1200 Portable Generator also comes with a 12 volt hook up as well as clamps for charging my batteries. There is one thing I would like to point out though - you would need a multiple T for you to hook up more lines.
I would also strongly recommend that you use a multiple plug - just like those that you use for your computer and other electronic equipments. This is to avoid damage due to electric and voltage fluctuations.
Simple, excellent quality, very reliable - the ETQ TG1200 Portable Generator is highly recommendable. Why NOT grab one and see how it works for yourself? You'll surely love it.
